Refund & Return Policy
At Teal and Vine, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our pieces. If your purchase doesn’t meet your expectations, eligible items can be returned for a full refund or store credit within 30 days of delivery.
Return Guidelines
To qualify for a return, items must:
- Be in their original condition—unworn, unwashed, and with tags attached.
- Be free of any marks, stains, strong odors, or signs of wear, including deodorant or makeup marks.
- Be returned in their original packaging, including the reusable cloth Teal and Vine bag.
Final Sale Items: Products labeled as "Final Sale" are not eligible for return.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please use our Returns Portal on the Footer Menu or feel free to email us at info@tealandvine.com with your order details. Once approved, we’ll send you instructions and a prepaid return shipping label. Items sent back without prior approval will not be processed.
Return Processing
Once your return is received, it will undergo a thorough inspection to ensure it meets our standards. Approved returns will be processed as follows:
- Refunds: Issued back to your original payment method (excluding any shipping fees).
- Store Credit: Issued as a gift card for the purchase amount (excluding any shipping fees).
Allow 7–10 business days for processing after we receive your return. You’ll receive an email confirmation once your return has been finalized.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at info@tealandvine.com within 5 days of receiving your order. We’ll work quickly to resolve the issue with a replacement, refund, or store credit.
Exchanges
We’re happy to accommodate exchanges if inventory is available. However, due to the limited nature of our designs, we may offer a refund or store credit in place of an exact exchange.
